Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Commission Structure

  • You’ll earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your referral link.

  • Commission details (percentage and payout schedule) will be provided in your affiliate dashboard.

  • No commission will be awarded for self-referrals or fraudulent activity.

4. Payment & Payout

  • Commissions are tracked and paid out monthly, once the minimum threshold is met.

  • Payments are made via Bank Transfer/UPI/PayPal.

  • Any returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will be deducted from your earnings.

5. Promotion Guidelines

  • You may promote ecartbuy.in via your website, blog, social media, email, or YouTube.

  • Prohibited: Using false claims, spam, coupon sites (unless authorized), or paid advertising that mimics ecartbuy.in branding.

6. Use of Branding

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use our logo and banners for promotional purposes only. Do not alter or misuse the branding in any way.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if:

  • You violate any of the terms above.

  • You engage in misleading, unethical, or illegal promotion.

  • Your account remains inactive for 90+ days.

8. Modifications

Ecartbuy.in may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program means you accept any changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ecartbuy.in is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the affiliate program. We do not guarantee any specific income level or result.
